Pornography depicts the erotic behavior or visual representation of sexual behavior in books, images, sculptures, movies, and other media intended to cause sexual excitement or stimulation in humans. The use of pornographic content destroys the body, Soul, and spirit. It is a dangerous tendency in humans that believers should not encourage in our inner minds.

The use of pornographic content increases the satisfaction of the flesh and the desire to gratify lust in our minds. The lust of the flesh is a grievous sin before the almighty God and can lead one into eternal damnation (1 John 2:16; 1 Corinthians 7:8-9).

The Bible admonished us to make no provision for the lust of the flesh because it is very dangerous to our spiritual growth as believers (Romans 13:14).

In the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ, He made us realize that any man that looks upon a woman either on TV, Social Media, or any other platform to gratify the sexual pleasure of the body has committed the sin of adultery with her already in his heart (Matthew 5:28).

Pornography can emotionally separate the user's heart, Soul, and mind and direct it toward an object to give sexual pleasure that could destroy the mind. It is a hidden sin that creates a lonely soul and destroys our relationship with God.

Job said,"I made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should I think upon a maid? (Job 31:1)"

What forms the main content of your thought?

To break free from this evil addiction and tendency, one needs to walk with God in total obedience to His will intentionally. Just like Job, believers should endeavor to manage the content of their thought life process and ensure it does not get outside the will of God (Proverbs 4:23).

Be ADDICTED to God's word. Constantly engage yourself with scriptures because there's power in the word of God that can break the shackles of sin. Once the thought of watching porn comes to your mind, combat it with the word of God. Romans 12:1-2

Finally, if there is still persistence in the habits after all these, seek help through deliverance because it can be an obsession, a demonic activity that the power of the Holy Ghost can destroy. Psalm 32:7
